Over-the-Top Event Entertainment Guests Never Forget
Some celebrations don't just want beautiful. They want jaw-dropping. This is the work we are known for across Brentwood, Franklin and Nashville.

What makes an event over the top
Anyone can hang a balloon garland. What sets EPIC apart is the spectacle. The fire-breather that makes the whole party turn and look. The LED dancers that light up the floor. The foam that turns a backyard into the best day of a kid's life. The fireworks that end the night on a high.
From fully-designed installations to a roster of live entertainment, we build celebrations people talk about long after the last guest leaves. That roster includes performers who have appeared on America's Got Talent and American Idol. If you can dream it, we will find a way to make it bigger, brighter, and completely unforgettable.
Spectacle is one part of what we do. The same team handles full-service event planning across Middle Tennessee, so the entertainment on this page arrives inside a party that is already designed, staffed and coordinated end to end.
Already know the entrance you want? Tell us the date and the guest count, and we come back with a concept.

Mirror-ball dancers and roaming characters that wow every guest.
The celebrations we take over the top
Spectacle is not only for one kind of party. We build it into children's birthday parties with foam cannons and costumed characters, into graduation celebrations with lit marquee letters and school-color balloon columns, into milestone private parties with showgirls and live bands, and into corporate events and galas that need a moment worth photographing.
Some events want one showstopper. Others want the full production, with staging, lighting and a run of show that builds all night. Tell us which one you are after and we will scope it honestly.

Where we bring the spectacle
Brentwood is our home base, and we travel across the whole region. We stage over-the-top entertainment for Brentwood backyard celebrations, Franklin milestone parties, Nashville corporate events, Murfreesboro birthday parties and Spring Hill family celebrations.
Not on that list? See every Middle Tennessee town we serve, or just ask. Most of the region is a comfortable drive from Brentwood.
Over-the-top entertainment questions, answered
Do you provide the entertainment on its own, or plan the whole party around it?
Either. Some clients bring us one act to add to a party they have already planned, and some hand us the whole event, from concept to teardown. Which is right depends on what it takes to make the vision EPIC, and that is the first thing we work out together. When we plan the whole event, the entertainment arrives inside a party that is already designed, staffed and coordinated, so it lands in the party instead of beside it.
What is the biggest event you have produced?
One celebration ran from daytime into the night: a steel drum band by day and a rock band after dark, color foam, fireworks in daylight and again in darkness, a full carnival ride, celebrity impersonators, stilt walkers, an LED robot, face painting, henna, hair braiding, custom air-sprayed T-shirts, carved fruit art, a dessert cart, a full bar, catered food, massage chairs, and a full stage with a 16-foot LED screen. And that was not the whole list.
How far ahead should I book fire performers, aerialists or a foam party?
As early as you can. The performers we bring in work across the Southeast, so their calendars fill from more than one city, and the acts people ask for most are the first to go. October, December and May through June are our busiest months, so those dates need the most notice. If your date is close, ask anyway; we will tell you honestly what is still available.
Are fire performers safe at a home party?
Yes, when the space meets the spacing and fire-safety requirements the act works to. Every fire performer needs a set clearance from guests, structures and anything that can burn, and the layout of the party is planned around that clearance rather than squeezed to fit it. If a space cannot give the act that room, it is not the right act for that space, and we will say so.
Do we need a permit for fire acts or fireworks in Tennessee?
Fire performers need no permit. Fireworks do in many areas, and the rule changes from one city or county to the next, so the address decides it. It is one of the first things settled when fireworks go on the plan.
Is the foam safe for kids and pets?
Yes. The foam is safe for children and for pets. Dress children in clothes that can get soaked, because they will not want to come out of it.
How much space does a backyard need for foam, aerial or fire?
It depends on the layout more than the size. We have staged over-the-top entertainment on a one-acre lot in a Brentwood cul-de-sac, so a large estate is not a requirement. What matters is how the space is arranged: where the performers can work, where guests will stand, and where the sight lines fall. Send us a few photos or an address and we will tell you what fits.
Can you do this at a venue or restaurant instead of a house?
Yes, subject to the venue’s own rules. Every venue has its own line on fire, foam and fireworks, and those are the acts most often restricted. If you already have a venue, tell us which one and we will work out what it allows before building the plan around it.
What happens if it rains or is too windy on the day?
It depends on the act. Music, lighting and character performers can move under cover. Fire and fireworks cannot, and wind is the deciding factor for both. Foam and aerial depend on the space. Every outdoor event gets a second plan built in from the start, so the call on the day is which plan runs, not whether there is one.
What ages are these acts right for?
Any age, because the party is designed for every guest in it. A children’s birthday, a fortieth and a company party each get a different mix, and within one party the acts are chosen so the six-year-olds, the teenagers and the grandparents all have something that is theirs. The beautiful thing about designing the whole experience is that nobody is watching someone else’s party.
How do you handle noise, neighbors and cleanup?
Noise is planned per event and per neighborhood, because a fireworks finale in one area and a live band in another call for different timing. Teardown and cleanup are part of the service: the staging, the installations and whatever the foam leaves behind go with us, so you are not the one out there at midnight.
What decides the cost of over-the-top entertainment?
The event. Which acts, how long each runs, how many performers it takes and whether anything is custom-built all move the number, so two parties with the same guest count can land far apart. There is no consultation fee, no design fee and no planning fee; we take a markup on what we source and coordinate. What drives the investment is laid out in our guide to what a luxury party planner costs.
