What this page covers

These terms apply to your use of epicparties.biz. They are not the agreement for an event. If you book with us, the proposal you sign sets out the scope, the cost and the cancellation terms, and it governs the work. Nothing here replaces or overrides it.

An inquiry is not a booking

Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not reserve your date, and it does not create a contract. A date is held once we have agreed the details and you have signed a proposal. We will always tell you plainly where you stand.

What is on this site

We describe services, show past work and write about how we plan events. None of it is an offer at a fixed price. Every celebration is quoted around what it actually needs, so what you see here is an illustration of what is possible rather than a menu with prices attached.

We work to keep the site accurate, including availability, service areas and the reviews figure we publish. Things change, and occasionally something here will be out of date before we catch it. If something matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it.

Photography and content

The photographs on this site are from real EPIC Parties events and belong to us or are used with permission. The writing, design and images are ours. Please do not republish them as your own work. If you would like to use something, ask and we will usually say yes.

Where a performer is described as a tribute artist or impersonator, they are an independent professional performer. No affiliation with, or endorsement by, the artists portrayed is implied.

Specialty entertainment

Some of what we show, including fire performance and large installations, depends on the property, the venue's rules and local regulations. It is arranged through experienced professionals and confirmed for your specific event before anything is promised. Seeing it here does not mean it can be done at every location.

We link to other websites where it is useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Using the site fairly

Please do not use the forms to send spam, attempt to break or overload the site, or scrape it at volume. We rate-limit submissions and screen them for automation, which is why a legitimate inquiry occasionally needs a second try.

Where we are

EPIC Parties by Shanna operates from Brentwood, Tennessee, and serves Middle Tennessee. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
