EPIC Parties by Shanna does not decorate. We design. Whether it is a fourth birthday or a product launch, the process behind it is the same: a conversation about what you are marking and how you want it to feel, a concept built around that, a proposal quoted to your event rather than to a package, then a build we install, run, and take away. What changes between the seven services below is the craft, not the level of care.

Children’s birthday party planning

Theme styling, balloon installations and statement backdrops, entertainment chosen for the age group, coordinated cakes and dessert tables, then setup, day-of coordination, and teardown. Princess and character meet and greets in Nashville

What full-service planning covers
Full service is a phrase every planner uses, so here is ours precisely. Concept and design comes first, because a theme done properly runs through the palette, the table, and the room rather than stopping at a sign. Décor and installations give the space its focal point. Entertainment is booked and scheduled into the day rather than left to fill a gap. Vendor coordination puts one point of contact between you and everybody else involved.
Then the unglamorous half, which decides whether you enjoy your own event. We install before guests arrive, hold the day to its timeline, and clear everything away afterwards. One honest note on scope: we coordinate catering rather than provide it, and we work with any venue or vendors you have already chosen.
