What happens after you send an inquiry

Getting in touch with a planner for the first time can feel like handing over something you have not finished thinking about. Here is how it actually goes from the moment you hit send.

  1. Your inquiry reaches Shanna

Shanna reads every inquiry personally. A confirmation email lands in your inbox with a recap of what you told us, so we are both working from the same brief.

  2. We talk it through

Then a conversation about the celebration itself. The date, the guest count, where you are hosting, and how you want the day to feel. There is no charge for it.

  3. You get a concept and a quote

We come back with a concept built around what you described, and a quote built around your event rather than a package. Anything that affects the cost is spelled out in it.

  4. We build it, run it, and clear it away

Design and styling, décor and installations, entertainment, and vendor coordination, then setup, day-of coordination while the party runs, and teardown once the last guest leaves.

What to put in your message

The first reply is only as useful as the first message. You do not need all of this. The more of it we have up front, the sooner we are talking about your celebration rather than asking questions.

What you are celebrating, and for whom

A first birthday, a sixteenth, a graduation, a product launch. Ages change everything about the plan.

The date, or the window

A fixed date is ideal, a rough window is fine. Tell us if you are flexible, because in December and graduation season that is worth a great deal.

Roughly how many guests

An estimate is enough. Guest count drives the scale, the layout, and the quote more than anything else.

Where you are hosting

Your own home, a venue you have already booked, or somewhere you are still deciding. The two are planned differently.

What is already booked

A venue, a caterer, an entertainer. We coordinate with vendors you have chosen and fill in the rest of the team.

The feeling you are after

A theme, a color story, a photo you saved, or simply a mood. If you have none of that yet, the concept is our job.

Call, text, or send the form?

Everything reaches the same place, so there is no wrong door. Calling or texting 615-499-9395 is better when your date is close, or when one question is standing between you and a decision. The form suits the opposite case. It asks for the event type, the date, and a budget range in a structured way, and it sends back a written recap so nothing is lost on the way to your quote.

Where we plan celebrations

We are based in Brentwood and travel throughout Middle Tennessee. Choose your town for local detail and a city-specific FAQ.

Not on the list? It marks where we work most often rather than a boundary. See every area we serve, or browse the full range of party and event planning services.

Questions before you get in touch

Do you charge for a consultation?

No. Consultations and quotes are free.

What should I have ready before I get in touch?

Ideally a date or a window, a rough guest count, what you are celebrating, and where. If you have none of it yet, get in touch anyway. Plenty of celebrations start as nothing more than a date and a feeling.

How far ahead should I be planning?

Six to eight weeks is comfortable for most dates, but it is always worth asking, because we have put events together on as little as 48 hours notice. Planning further ahead simply gives you more choice of entertainers and venues. December fills first, since Nashville venues and suppliers book their holiday calendars early, and Williamson County graduation weekends concentrate into a few very busy dates.

What is the shortest notice you can work with?

We have arranged full events on 48 hours notice. Short notice narrows what is still available rather than ruling the celebration out, so if your date is close, call rather than email and we will tell you straight away what is possible.

Do you plan events outside the towns listed here?

Yes. That list marks where we work most often rather than a boundary line. Tell us where you are and we will tell you straight away whether we can cover it, and any travel consideration is confirmed in your proposal before you commit.

Still deciding? Look through photos of celebrations we have designed or read reviews from Middle Tennessee hosts. Then tell us the date, the guest count, and what you are celebrating.
